<p>At Epic Ventures, Michael Hennessy is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. Michael began his career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked on international mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and equity and debt offerings in a variety of industries and countries. He then joined the management team of a financial services software start-up with responsibilities in fundraising, business development and strategy.&nbsp; Michael subsequently worked as a technology research analyst for Great Companies, LLC, a large cap growth mutual fund.</p>

<p>Michael received his B.A. in English Literature from <a class="null" title="Williams College" href="http://www.williams.edu/" target="_blank">Williams College</a> and his M.B.A. from <a class="null" title="Brigham Young University" href="http://www.byu.edu/webapp/home/index.jsp" target="_blank">Brigham Young University</a> where he was awarded the Hawes and Dean&rsquo;s Scholarships.</p>
<p>Michael Hennessy serves on the Boards of Directors of <a class="null" title="Feed Management Systems" href="http://www.feedsys.com " target="_blank">Feed Management Systems</a>, <a class="null" title="FatPipe" href="http://www.fatpipeinc.com " target="_blank">Fatpipe</a> and <a class="null" title="Utah Business" href="http://www.utahbusiness.com " target="_blank">Utah Business</a>.&nbsp; He is also active on the Boards of Naartjie, <a class="null" title="Phonex" href="http://www.phonex.com/" target="_blank">Phonex</a>, <a class="null" title="Pivot Solutions" href="http://www.imtrader.com/" target="_blank">Pivot Solutions</a>, and <a class="null" title="Drive Safety" href="http://www.drivesafety.com " target="_blank">Drive Safety</a>.</p>
