CANYONBRIDGE INTRODUCES CBFORCE, NEW SALESFORCE.COM SOLUTION

San Francisco, Calif. – Nov. 2, 2004 – CanyonBridge today announced the availability of cbForce. Tightly integrated with Salesforce.com via the sforce on-demand platform, cbForce integrates Salesforce.com with Microsoft Exchange. cbForce’s patent pending Smart Email and exclusive integrated calendar yield unprecedented productivity gains for Salesforce.com users who also use Microsoft Exchange.

cbForce was announced today in San Francisco at Dreamforce 2004, salesforce.com’s second annual user and developer conference.

Sforce partners expand customer choice by creating a wide range of new customer-centric solutions, including mobile applications, hosted vertical applications, voice automation, and specific device support. All solutions are built using open standards on the sforce on-demand platform, one of the most widely used and broadly supported enterprise Web services. Partner solutions can be found in the On-Demand Marketplace located at www.salesforce.com/marketplace.

cbForce leverages the features of cbConnect, CanyonBridge’s flagship product for premium Web-based access to Microsoft Exchange. cbConnect brings the best of Microsoft Outlook’s highly interactive, sophisticated user experience to the Web, without sacrificing speed or important features. cbConnect is simple to install, works with all three versions of Microsoft Exchange (5.5, 2000 and 2003) and offers secure, flexible topologies for varying requirements. Both cbForce and cbConnect are built using CanyonBridge’s cbIntegrate Web services integration and deployment platform.

cbForce’s patent-pending Smart Email automatically determines which incoming Microsoft Exchange emails are from salesforce.com leads and contacts, and posts associated emails to the appropriate lead or contact’s event trail. Replies, likewise, are automatically posted to the salesforce.com database. And, since cbForce runs entirely within a standard browser and uses only HTML and JavaScript, client installation is never required and email access is not dependant on a desktop email client such as Outlook.

cbForce also brings an entirely new level of ease of use and sophistication to salesforce.com calendaring and meeting making capabilities. It does this by extending cbConnect’s calendar to host Salesforce.com events as well as Microsoft Exchange appointments and meetings. With unprecedented functionality in a thin client Web-based application, cbForce allows users to easily create new Salesforce.com events by directly typing in any available space in the calendar, change events by dragging and dropping them to a new time or day and dragging and stretching them to lengthen an event. cbForce also provides many other user-friendly, highly interactive features normally found only in fat client software.

"We are very happy to partner with the market leader in on-demand CRM services," said Win Burke, President and CEO, CanyonBridge, Inc. "With cbForce, Salesforce.com users will have access to all of their CRM, email and calendaring information in a single, rich graphical user interface with absolutely no installation on their desktop. And, with no Outlook plug-in required, there is never a need to synchronize databases. Early feedback from Salesforce.com users has been extremely positive."

cbForce currently is in beta test with select salesforce.com users, with commercial release scheduled for Q1, 2005. cbForce licenses are available directly from CanyonBridge. Monthly subscriptions for cbForce in a hosted environment will be available from USA.NET, with whom CanyonBridge today announced a reseller agreement.

The sforce on-demand platform allows solution developers to customize, integrate and extend salesforce.com to create sophisticated custom CRM solutions. In contrast to traditional packaged software, sforce allows developers to use the tools they already know and love from IBM, BEA (NASDAQ: BEAS), Borland (NASDAQ: BORL) and Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), and open source solutions like Perl and PHP, to build CRM integrations and applications with record speed and success. Leveraging standards and technologies from the Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), sforce continues to demonstrate how the on demand platforms are a central part of the new enterprise IT strategies. Free access to the sforce community, as well as more information on the sforce Developer Program, is available at http://sforce.com.
