Mr. Woolley joined Epic in 2006 as a Venture Partner and will participate in the review, due diligence and oversight of technology investments for the Fund.  Mr. Woolley is the Founding Partner of both DominionVentures, Inc and European Venture Partners, Ltd.(EVP).  With over 25 years of venture experience, his portfolio companies have included Ciena, Coinstar, Human Genome Sciences, Powersoft, Tivoli, Vertex and Xylan. His board/chair positions at Dominion, EVP, MorAmerica Capital, University Venture Fund and Unitus Equity Fund bring strong deal flow to Epic. His company directorships include Brisk Heat, Hild Life Annuity, and SKS.

Mr. Woolley is active in micro finance with Unitus and works with other non-profit entities. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Utah.
